About the role

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to build and own the customer success function at Garage. You’ll be the first dedicated customer success hire, responsible for delivering an excellent experience to the buyers and sellers who use Garage while building the systems, workflows, and standards that let us scale.

About the role

 - Win search and answer engines. Build our presence across SEO and AI answer engines (AEO) so we show up when prospective customers — and the models they ask — are looking.

 - Experiment with new channels. Test into new channels and special projects, and build repeatable systems to acquire buyers and sellers. Drop what doesn't work and double down on what does.

 - Take leveraged swings. Collaborate across marketing, sales, and engineering to find plays that drive outsized, compounding growth.

You'll work closely with our sales team and the dealers, manufacturers, fleet operators, and government buyers who move specialty assets across the country. This involves owning the data infrastructure, internal tools, and AI-powered workflows that fill our pipeline.
